Success is driven by speaking softly. It’s not the ranting and raving, cussin’ or spittin’ outbursts that motivate people. Far better to inspire top performance rather than beat it out of you.

Teddy Roosevelt stated, “Speak softly and carry a big stick; you will go far.” Speaking softly extends a calm assurance. A confidence that the coaching will produce the result you’re pursuing.

Jesus was’t loud or boisterous but rather calm and intentional, knowing the desired result will be achieved. Follow Jesus! Speak softly to succeed!

Isaiah 40:1 says, “Comfort, oh comfort my people,” says your God. “Speak softly and tenderly . . . “

“Jesus, I’m following You! Help me be led and lead others with a calm resolve. Quiet resolve is the only path to success. Love you Jesus, Amen!"
