Ever feel like you’re running on empty? Fighting fatigue to the point where you feel depleted? Whenever in need of rest look to God’s commands like ‘Be Still’ or ‘Be Quiet’ that remind us to refuel and recharge.

 

While competing on the world tennis tour, there were frequent calls to rally. A ‘Let’s Go', or ‘Come On’ coupled with a dramatic fist pump creates a surge, but Christ always remained disciplined to stop, rest and regain momentum. To shore up any weakness and regain focus.

 

Romans 12 verse 11 and 12 say, “Don’t burn out; keep yourselves fueled and aflame. Be alert servants of the Master, cheerfully expectant.”

 

“Jesus, whenever I face fatigue, when I’m depleted, help me renew and restore so I can perform at my best. Love you Jesus, Amen!”
