Building Optimism - Overcoming Fear

Fear filling your mind is a limiter. Think about the times where you didn't want to take a chance or make a decision. Satan traps you with vague fears and in a flash, the opportunity is lost.

 

Extreme sports have redefined breaking the barriers of fear. The extreme athlete is not 'what ifing' themselves when they begin. Instead, focus is keenly on execution and finishing strong.

Isaiah 41:10 says, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

 

"Jesus, Evaporate my self-imposed fears. Help me feel Your presence. Bolster my confidence with sensing your hand on my shoulder, reassuring me. Love you, Jesus, Amen!"
