Ever driven a vehicle filled with bad fuel? The engine sputters, misfires, and even shuts down. Similarly, people fuel their bodies with poor nutrition leading to system failures. Take care of your body, God’s temple, as He instructs.

 

Take care of your bodies and nourish them with the best fuel. Give the best chance to defend, endure hardship, and meet any challenge that satan presents.

 

God wants us in our best shape physically and spiritually. Honor Him by choosing to live healthy.

 

1 Corinthians 10:31 says, “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”
