#5 Expect Unexpected

Jesus is consistently breaking expectations throughout scripture by delivering beyond what is imaginable and moving in different directions that we anticipate. He's constantly challenging us, presenting hardships, and testing us. Not to punish us but rather to discover what we can do with Him versus what can be done within our limitations.

Life proves that unexpected things will happen. My wife is a living testimony. Diagnosed with malignant tumors throughout her abdomen. Then just 10 weeks later, the pathology report confirming she's cancer free! From terror to tears of joy! Sure, a radical medical intervention in between but we went from tragic news to full healing in a short period of time, both unexpected.

Rather than fearing the unexpected as only bad things, what about the good things that arrive unexpectedly? Shift focus to what God is going to deliver sooner than expected. Get ready to receive His favor, a good break, or those divine connections where you meet someone at just the right time. Got ready for sudden victories, healing, abundance, and reward sooner than hoped for. He'll deliver!

"Jesus, I'm praying and planning for Your reward! Sooner than later! Expecting the unexpected in ways I can only imagine! Thank You in advance for Your favor! I love you Jesus, Amen!"

Job 5:9 (ISV)

"He is always doing great things that cannot be explained, countless awesome deeds."

2 Corinthians 8:5 (NLV)

"It was more than we expected. They gave themselves to the Lord first. Then they gave themselves to us to be used as the Lord wanted."

1 Corinthians 10:13 (MSG)

"All you need to remember is that God will never let you down; he'll never let you be pushed past your limit; he'll always be there to help you come through it."
