John 11 verses 25 and 26 (NIV) say, "Jesus said to her, 'I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?'"

Watching my mom approach life's finish line is heartwarming not heartbreaking. Jesus has prepared her eternal home. Peace steadies my heart.

His promise replaces despair with anticipation of eternity with Christ.

“Jesus, thank you! I’m not sad for the end of my mom’s life because I know where she’s going! Pain-free, fully healed, and with You! I can only imagine her joy in closing her eyes on earth, and opening them in Heaven! Love you Jesus, Amen!”
