God In The Storm

Hebrews 13 verse 5 (CEV) says, “The Lord has promised that he will not leave us or desert us.”

I’ve lived most of life with narrow margins, taking risks where others turn back. Not recklessly, but wired to lean closer to the edge. Still, it’s nothing like Jesus.

He never acts with doubt. There were no ‘maybes’ in His voice, only certainty. Jesus lived margin-free, fully assured, never failing. When we face danger, desperation, or doubt, we must shift our focus to Him. He is not guessing, not unsure—He is always with us.

“Jesus, I rest assured that You are with me, right here, right now! I’m surrounded by chaos and fear but in Your mighty name, I’m breathing in Your calm, Your courage, and Your strength! Love you Jesus, Amen!”
