Why Pursue Better

“Galatians 5 verse 13 (NIV) says, "You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love."

Declaring, “I’m done living!” feels justified when life drains you, yet becoming better grows from serving others. Garrett, a teen crushed by depression and hopelessness, neared the edge of giving up entirely.

But a therapy horse changed everything. The colt sensed Garrett’s pain and stayed close, offering presence instead of retreat.

God’s nature delivering joy. His quiet loyalty mirrored Christ’s love, reminding Barrett he wasn’t alone.
