God promises He will protect us, but this promise does not buffer us from tragedy or loss. In contrast, when devastating events occur, our natural response is to try to place blame. There are usually three options: others, yourself, or God. However, blaming the situation on someone, including yourself, is not the answer. After soul-searching, I now default to this posture: “This is God’s will. God will reveal something better, and I will be a better person and a stronger believer coming out of this difficulty.” This positive approach is the foundation of “God Just Wins,” reinforcing the mindset that God will protect His people in all circumstances. My prayer is that you share @godjustwins. Talk about the encouragement and optimism it promotes in your life, not just online. Tell your family; discuss it during meals. Its value starts with you and the impact you have when you apply it to your life. Doing so can help combat the negativity that consumes our focus in today’s world. You can also help others by listening and providing resources to encourage others, including @godjustwins.
