Focusing on how God sees us takes discipline and a daily regimen. There’s a constant battle in our minds between how people may describe us, how we describe ourselves, how Satan describes us, and how God describes us. It is an ongoing tug-of-war with Satan pulling us towards the negative and Jesus pulling us towards what’s positive, reasonable, and correct. This series focuses on honing our true identity and how God defines us. In the moments when life is heavy, when we feel unloved or alone, we must remind ourselves of who Christ says we are. He constantly pours affirmations over us with His grace and love. More than anyone, Christ knows our true identity.
